BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking and paying for therapy services with Spinfish Wellbeing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your treatment programme.

1. Session Attendance (In-Person & Online)

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, please arrive on time. Appointments will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival, and the full session fee will still apply.

2. Session Location

In-person sessions take place at my welcoming therapy spaces in Freshwater or Yarmouth. Online sessions are available as agreed upon when booking your treatment programme.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

All sessions are paid in advance and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

To cancel or reschedule, please email Spinfishwellbeing@gmail.com or send a text/WhatsApp message to the mobile number provided at booking.

If you wish to cancel a programme, please contact me to discuss your reasons. Any partial refunds will be at my discretion, based on individual circumstances.

4. Lateness

Sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. The full session fee will still apply.

If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible via Spinfishwellbeing@gmail.com or the mobile number provided.

5. Contact Between Sessions

You are most welcome to reach out between sessions with questions, concerns, or to amend bookings.

Email: Spinfishwellbeing@gmail.com

WhatsApp/Text: Mobile number provided at booking

I will respond at the earliest opportunity.

6. Results & Client Commitment

While therapy can be highly effective, results cannot be guaranteed due to the individual nature of human behaviour.

I am committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcome. However, if I believe you would benefit from another therapist, I reserve the right to refer you to a more suitable professional.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and your commitment is essential. This includes actively engaging in sessions and completing any assigned tasks or homework.

7. Medical Considerations

You will be required to complete an intake form so that I can identify any potential contraindications for therapy or hypnotherapy.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer hypnotherapy to individuals with:

  • Severe clinical depression

  • A history of schizophrenia

  • Psychosis

If I have any concerns about your suitability for therapy or hypnotherapy, I reserve the right to refuse treatment or request a written statement from your doctor before proceeding.

If I feel unable to help you, I will do my best to refer you to a more suitably qualified professional.

⚠️ Please note: Spinfish Wellbeing is not a medical practice and does not provide medical diagnoses. Any guidance offered is based on your own disclosures, beliefs, and understandings. If you have medical concerns, please consult your GP or specialist before booking a session.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
